Hi my name is Jodie, and I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a deep passion for fitness and health. I feel my best when I make healthy choices, which is what drives me every day. My fitness journey began when I joined a gym many years ago following a shoulder injury, marking the start of a new chapter in my life. For several years, I focused on toning up and building strength. Then, I took a leap into the unknown and entered a fitness competition, something I had never envisioned for myself.

This was a transformative experience—the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but also incredibly rewarding. I loved learning how to control my body and cherish the connections I made along the way. While not everyone takes the same path, I firmly believe that achieving our goals requires us to develop and commit to healthy habits.

My focus is on creating a fitness foundation that’s realistic and sustainable. Forget quick fixes—true success comes from making small, consistent changes that you actually enjoy. If it’s not fun, it won’t last. My approach is designed to support you every step of the way, with an understanding that life can be hectic and challenging. You have the freedom to choose the training style that best fits your life. If you prefer working independently, I can provide a comprehensive plan with ongoing support to keep you on track. Alternatively, if you thrive with hands on guidance, we can work together through in-person sessions. This way you can select the approach that aligns best with your lifestyle and goals, to ensure you get the most of your fitness journey. Regardless of the method, your plan will always be accessible, offering app functionality, video demonstrations, and much more.

I believe we owe it to ourselves to prioritize our well-being because we can’t effectively care for others without first taking care of ourselves.
